2. Products and Digital Downloads

Thread & Tangle offers crochet patterns as digital downloads. All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable upon download. All patterns are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

3. Custom Artisanal Orders

We occasionally accept commissions for one-of-a-kind, artisanal handcrafted items. Each item is made with care and creative intention, and requires a minimum 30-day turnaround. Due to their custom nature, refunds or cancellations are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

Shipping for UK orders is charged at a flat rate of £9.99. For international orders, buyers are responsible for all shipping and import costs.

All content on this website, including patterns, images, branding, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Thread & Tangle. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent.
